From the main page www.ezpwn.com click on 'Custom Characters'. From there you will be able to customize all facets of a character including class, race, sex and even your character appearance!

Can I purchase gold, honor or reputation without buying a new account? ( COMING SOON )

Absolutely! We can run battlegrounds, farm gold and/or rep with your existing character. Just purchase the service from the 'Services' tab on the main page and completely fill out the web form. We can get started on your gear, gold or rep right away!

How long will my order take?

Depending on your selections a level 1-80 order will typically take 21-30 DAYS, a typical 1-70 order will take 14-17 DAYS to complete and a level 1-60 custom order will be complete in 7-10 DAYS. Again depending on what other options you added to the character, our estimated completion times are measured from the moment we begin your character, which will be tentatively scheduled when your payment is received. These times are close to what you can expect from our service barring any delays, however they are ONLY estimates.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once you have completed and paid for your order, we will assign you an order number and you can track your order through our private client area on the website. You can login and check the status of your order by clicking the Client Login at the top of the page.

What if I make a mistake on the order form?

No problem! Simply send us an email, contact us via AIM and tell us which part you'd like to change or add to your character. Use your assigned order number as reference so there is no confusion. In this case, do not wait or it may affect the estimated completion time of your order.

Where is the Ezpwn team located?

We have teams in both the US and Canada and for increased account security we will never outsource our work overseas. All our work is done by qualified and knowledgeable in-house teams.

Is any of this allowed by Blizzard?

Blizzard frowns upon powerleveling, account selling/sharing, gold/rep services, and pretty much anything else that makes this game a little easier. They prefer you doing things the hard way and we couldn't disagree more. Because of this, any work done by us is completed in strict confidentiality.

What kind of risk will my account be under?

There is little to no risk involved with Ezpwn.com because of our North American base of operations and strict confidentiality with your account(s). The team has years of Warcraft experience and have had minimal problems with Blizzard since WoW first retailed in November, 2004.
